I love how real you always are, regardless of the emotion you are feeling at 6AM. No matter what the topic you introduce prior to our meditation, I always find it interesting and/or thought provoking. It is great to feel part of a group that is going through this COVID and parenting journey together.

I absolutely love the morning meditations. It allows me to start the day calm, refuelled and with hope. I enjoy the support and virtual comradery that it gives me.
